Womens Evolution (WE), is a women's retreat designed as a vehicle to expand and heighten our awareness, broaden our intellectual horizens and share in the common experience of being women.

Some goals of Womens Evolution (WE) is to:

• Recognize the advantages of learning through the eyes and opinions of others. WE also understands that it is not necessary to agree with those opinions to gain knowledge.
• Share our successful experiences for the advancement of others while WE appreciate insight others may have regarding our own areas of inadequacy.
• Welcome the opportunity to learn about new ideas and information and we are secure in ourselves knowing that we may not accept the entire concept presented.
• Encourage people to join and share personal experiences and concerns with us while holding dearly to their sense of privacy by not sharing or discussing personal information outside of the group or with people who have not yet joined.
• As individuals, collectively agree that the support, communion and respect given to one another in this group, Womens Evolution, will be positively reflected into our own personal lives and the lives of those we love.
