Preparations are well underway to make the 2011 Winter SOULstice Retreat the best year yet and we look forward to your arrival! We also understand how challenging it can be to make travel plans when weather and road conditions are so uncertain. In an effort to make your Winter SOULstice plans stress free, we offer this weather warranty:
If the State Highway Department announces a "no travel advisory" during the scheduled event, Footnotes will refund 50% of the paid registration fee and reserve the remaining 50% as a down payment going toward the next Winter SOULstice Event.
