Body Evolution blends the best of Pilates (core strengthening), Yoga, alignment, and sculpting into a refreshing and stress-reducing workout. Roxanne Rogers holds a degree in Dance from Colorado State University, is certified to teach Pilates mat work and has more than 30 years teaching experience.
